Privacy policy

AgenticInbound LLC ("we", "us") operates agenticinbound.com from Prishtina, Kosovo. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and how to reach us with a question or a deletion request.

Data we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the fields you provide:

• Contact form (`/contact`): name, work email, company, company size, and message.
• Talent network (`/careers`): name, work email, LinkedIn URL (optional), and a free-text "about you" section.
• Tool waitlist (`/tools/*`): work email, the tool you signed up for, and an optional "how you'd use it" note.

We also log the URL you submitted from and the HTTP referrer that brought you to the site. We don't collect IP addresses directly; our hosting provider (Vercel) uses them briefly for rate-limiting and DDoS protection, then discards them.

How we use it

Form submissions go to a single inbox (hello@agenticinbound.com) where a team member responds. We use the data only to reply to your message, to evaluate fit (talent submissions), or to send your tool invite (waitlist submissions). We never sell, rent, or share your data with marketing partners.

Cookies and analytics

On first visit you'll see a cookie consent banner. Until you accept, we set no analytics cookies and load no analytics scripts. If you accept, we run Google Analytics 4 in IP-anonymized, signal-disabled mode, aggregated traffic data, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles. You can clear your decision at any time by clearing your browser's site data for agenticinbound.com.

We use one essential first-party cookie to remember your consent choice. It expires after 12 months.

Third-party processors

• Vercel, hosting and rate-limiting (Vercel KV).
• Google Analytics 4, anonymized traffic analytics (consent-gated).
• Google Calendar, meeting scheduling (loaded only when you click a "Book a call" link).

Data retention

Contact and talent submissions are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Tool-waitlist submissions are retained until you've been onboarded or have requested removal from the waitlist.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@agenticinbound.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for business users. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data, email privacy@agenticinbound.com and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on this page for at least 30 days.
