Privacy policy

AgenticInbound LLC ("we", "us") operates agenticinbound.com from Prishtina, Kosovo. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and how to reach us with a question or a deletion request.

Data we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the fields you provide:

• Contact form (/contact): name, work email, website URL, company and company size (optional), and your message.
• Talent network (/careers): name, work email, LinkedIn URL (optional), and a free-text "about you" section.
• Agent Readiness Scanner (/tools/agent-ready): the website URL you want scanned and your work email.
• Heading Optimizer (/tools/heading-optimizer): the headings you paste and your work email.

With each submission we also record the page you submitted from and the referrer that brought you to the site.

To limit spam, our form and tool endpoints count submissions per IP address. The counter is stored in Vercel KV and deleted automatically after one hour; we don't keep IP addresses with your submission. Our hosting provider (Vercel) also processes IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

How we use it

Form submissions go to a single inbox (hello@agenticinbound.com) where a team member responds. We use the data only to reply to your message, to evaluate fit (talent submissions), or to run the tool you used and email you its report. We never sell, rent, or share your data with marketing partners.

Cookies and analytics

On first visit you'll see a cookie consent banner. Until you accept, we set no analytics cookies and load no analytics scripts. If you accept, we run Google Analytics 4 in IP-anonymized, signal-disabled mode, aggregated traffic data, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.

You can change your decision at any time, without clearing your browser's site data, using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

Cookie	Purpose	Party	Duration
ai-consent	Remembers your accept/decline choice	First-party (localStorage, not a network cookie)	Until you clear site data
_ga, _ga_*	Google Analytics 4, distinguishes visitors for aggregated traffic reporting	Third-party (Google), only set after you accept	Up to 13 months

The consent record itself (ai-consent) is stored in your browser's localStorage, not as a server-readable cookie, we can't see or report on it. If you later decline after having accepted, we delete the _ga cookies and reload the page so the analytics script actually stops rather than only recording the new choice for next time.

Third-party processors

• Vercel, hosting and rate-limiting (Vercel KV).
• Resend, email delivery: sends form submissions to our inbox and tool reports to you.
• Anthropic, AI processing: scores the headings you submit to the Heading Optimizer (Claude). Submissions to Anthropic's API are not used to train its models.
• isitagentready.com, website scanning: receives the URL you submit to the Agent Readiness Scanner and runs the scan.
• Google Analytics 4, anonymized traffic analytics (consent-gated).
• Google Calendar, meeting scheduling (loaded only when you click a "Book a call" link).

Data retention

Contact, talent, and tool submissions (including tool reports) are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. The rate-limit counters described above are deleted after one hour.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@agenticinbound.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for business users. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data, email privacy@agenticinbound.com and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on this page for at least 30 days.
